IMS Announces Major HOA Partnership With The Prestigious "Ocean Keyes" In North Myrtle Beach, SC!

Ocean Keyes, located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, is the largest gated community in all of North Myrtle Beach, and top three largest communities in all of Horry County.

After many months of meetings and negotiations with the Ocean Keyes Master Board of Directors, IMS is honored and proud to announce our new association management partnership with this truly amazing community. Although IMS has managed rental units in Ocean Keyes for over a decade, to be named the HOA manager of such a prestigious community is a humbling honor.

What's more, we are opening a new satellite office on just in front of the Ocean Keyes community on 1/1/2026. Our new office address will be 506 2nd Ave. North, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. The office telephone for this location is (843) 628-4409.

IMS will offer full-time, onsite property management as well as full-time, onsite maintenance supervision of the community.
