Invariably, during our many calls with prospective board members and rental homeowners, they will pose the question, "OK IMS, everything you state sounds wonderful, but why should we/I partner with you?" In other words, they want to know what sets Integrity Management Systems, Inc. (IMS) apart from our competition, and makes us the better option. It was also requested that the board wished to schedule a meeting with our CEO the following Thursday. Within one hour, the CEO had called and had a wonderful conversation with the board President, and scheduled the meeting for the following Thursday. During the conversation between our CEO and the President, she commented numerous times how impressed she was at how quickly IMS has communicated with her.
