A 25 year veteran of the property management, real estate and property services industries, Buddy affectionally refers to himself as the "Head Cheerleader" of IMS. He functions as the driver of our sales program, and works extensively with our HOA board members, providing them with his expertise and guidance.

Melissa Harris
Chief Financial Officer
Melissa is the glue which holds the entire IMS family together, and backbone of IMS. Melissa functions as our PMIC (Property Manager In Charge) and CFO, overseeing our accounting department. Working closely alongside our CEO and COO, Melissa is intricately involved in the management of accounting and finance, human resources and office administration.
Trish Harrison
Chief Operating Officer
With decades of senior management experience, Trish oversees operations of IMS. Trish is the second in command behind our CEO & CFO, and manages all personnel, and IMS systems, policies and procedures.

She is in the process of being permanently to our 684 door Ocean Keyes Property in North Myrtle Beach, where she will function as our onsite Property Manager
