We encourage to review our competitor's websites, viewing the numbers of available rentals.  You will never see more than a small handful of open units on this website.  Comparatively, some of our competitors average four to six pages of open long-term rental units.  There is a reason for this!
 
As part of our fulfillment process of placing tenants in long term assets, IMS is diligent in our process, consisting of the following:
 

  1. ​Conducting reference, credit and criminal verifications on all prospective tenants

  2. Verification of rental histories, and income verifications, and the creation of a signed annual lease for all tenants

  3. Collection of all applicable security deposits

  4. Collection of rent

  5. Dissemination of funds to the asset holder at the beginning of each month

  6. Perform all property services, including cleaning related to apartment move outs, common area cleaning, property maintenance, landscaping, painting, flooring replacement, fixture replacement, etc.

  7. Process, service and oversee evictions

  8. Most Importantly - Protect the asset owners investment, and maximize their return on their investment, while working closely with our tenants to ensure they are happy and content with their accommodations.
