Property Inspections
The absolute cornerstone of our business operations. In an area where much of our competition fails miserably, we excel to the highest levels. We perform at least weekly exterior property inspections (certain assets are inspection daily, or multiple times weekly), and at least one full annual inspection, with documented checklists and photos.
Management Fee Guarantee
We believe that if we are unable to collect the rent, then we should not be compensated. You only pay us your management fee if we successfully collect the applicable lease amount due.
