While we acknowledge we are very biased, having personally owned as many as two units in the Havens simultaneously, the truth is, it is one of the most sought after communities in Barefoot Resort, North Myrtle Beach, and the metro-Myrtle Beach area in general.  Boasting the impeccable landscaping Barefoot Resort is famous for, two magnificent lakes, full of turtles, ducks and geese, and one of the most awesome swimming pools in all of Barefoot, The Havens has it ALL.  Since 2007, Integrity Management Systems has provided property management and property services for our asset owner partners in the Havens.

While we generally have more long-term inventory in The Havens going into the fall, we are still thrilled to announce the coming of two units, which will be available from 10/1 - 4/1/24.  One condo is a 2/2 golf villa, is fully furnished, and located directly across the parking lot from the magnificent swimming pool.  The other unit is a 3/3.5 townhome, located toward the entrance of the community.  Please contact us if you are interested in having your name added to our interested waiting list.
