This Bolin Rd. MHC community in Blacksburg, SC, coming our our program in mid-October, is an amazing MHC property, boasting 96 currents pad.  The new owners plan on massive expansion of the community in the next several years, with plans on tripling the number of pads to around 300.  Currently, all sights are tenant owned, but we will offer the ability to lease units over the coming months and years.  Immediate upgrades to the community will consist of a massive paving project, and addition of skirting to all units, as well as wonderful additional cosmetic upgrades, which are planned for Q4, 2023, and Q1, 2024.  Stayed tuned for additional information, as well as leasing availability.
