For nearly 25 years, we have managed short term rentals, with an uncanny ability to quickly fill the off season months with our beloved Snow Birds, who frequent the Grand Strand for areas to the North, and beyond.

What Makes IMS Special? This is one of our niche specialties. The areas shown above, and many areas of Myrtle Beach are hotbeds for Snow Bird rentals during the off season. Our presence in these areas, combined with our aggressive marketing of available assets, and our database of former off season renters enables IMS to rapidly fill STR units with renters, generally from the months of October through March or April.

Our Rates Are The BEST! We offer a simple, non-negotiable flat management fee of 10% for these types of rentals. Owners with two assets will enjoy a management fee of 9%, and owners with more than three assets may expect to receive additional discounts, on management fees and other discounts.

You Have Another Current Provider: IMS offers short-term management agreements for our amazing owners, who are already partners with organizations like Vacasa and others. In the end, most join our short-term rental program, so it is a win win for all interested parties. When these owners experience the IMS difference, they generally partner with us on a permanent basis.

You Already Have Your Property Services in Place? No worries at all. IMS will function as the sourcing and payment collection partner during the stay of your long-term lessee. As with the above, most of these great owners generally join our program full time at the completion of this first rental policy.
